About Maven Leadership Consulting &

How I See Leadership
Leadership is not about certainty — it’s about orientation. It’s about pausing to notice what’s really happening, seeing through multiple perspectives, and choosing with intention.
I often return to the image of a prism. When light passes through, it refracts into a spectrum, revealing colors that were always there but often unseen. I believe leaders do the same: refracting complexity into clarity and helping people see possibility.
This belief grounds all of my work. I guide leaders to anchor in awareness, reflect with empathy, expand through curiosity, and focus with intention.
My Approach
At Maven Leadership Consulting, I bring a blend of strategy and humanity to every engagement. I’ve led organizations, coached executives, and facilitated retreats where the stakes were high and the outcomes deeply meaningful.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored. I create space for reflection and discovery while pushing leaders toward clarity and action. Leadership isn’t simple — but it can be oriented.
Why the Feather
Our logo is a peacock feather. At first glance, it’s elegant and striking. But when the light shifts, hidden colors shimmer into view.
That’s leadership too: layered, dynamic, and alive with potential. The feather is a reminder that clarity and brilliance emerge when we pause, reframe, and look from a new angle.
